The Taurus Box Set has a number of artisanal aspects to its design and construction. One of which is how the handmade ivory and black decorative boxes have mitered corners that follow the line telescoping from their tops to their bottoms. Once the bone and composite materials have been fitted together in tidy lines, texture is achieved on the surface when artisans mark the white speckled bone with a brazing tool.
